Cross Coat Powder Coating was founded with a simple mission: provide durable, high-quality powder coating backed by faith, honesty, and integrity. As a Christian, family-owned small business in Montgomery, Texas, we believe in treating every customer with respect, keeping our word, and delivering workmanship we’re proud to stand behind.
Our company was born out of a need to powder coat our own oilfield products, where coatings must withstand some of the harshest environments. That experience gave us the knowledge and high standard that continues to define our work today.
Since then, we’ve expanded into commercial, industrial, and custom powder coating, bringing the same level of quality and attention to every detail. If it’s made of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, or another metal that can withstand the curing process, there’s a good chance we can powder coat it. Contact us with a photo or description of your project, and we’ll be happy to let you know if it’s a good candidate.

Turnaround times depend on the size of the project as well as the current workload. Typical turnaround times are 1 to 2 weeks, but can extend to 3 to 4 weeks.

Yes, we offer custom colors. We are capable of utilizing multiple powder distributors around the country to offer thousands of custom colors.
